My Story
I have more than 35 years of industry experience. I have experience working in large scale, multi-site manufacturing organisations. My career initially began in manufacturing and engineering, before making the switch into HR. Over the last 15 years, I have worked in senior level HR roles in publicly listed company’s partnering with CEO’s and boards.
I bring a wealth of knowledge to my clients, having worked both nationally and internationally, in many countries including, France, Italy, Finland, Germany, China, USA and Malaysia. Furthermore, I have experience in engaging with trade unions, works and staff councils across these countries to allow for a successful completion of organisational change, restructure as well as employee engagement activities. Furthermore, I have lead HR activities and projects in acquisitions, integration, restructuring, leadership development and cultural change.
My Skills
Choosing me as your business consultant North East is a no-brainer. I have experience in coaching senior directors, managers, as well as experience in mentoring HR professionals. I am also a member of the international coaching federation and have been a board member for an educational organisation and have volunteered for many years with the Cranfield Trust, helping charitable organisations in key projects.
Now the founder of Achieve Coaching & Mentoring, I aim to bring my invaluable experience and expertise to support and assist clients with consulting, coaching and HR services.
